Certified Secretaries Management Assistants (CSMA):
The CSMA created by ACTA , in collaboration with experienced professionals in the field of business management and after a thorough inventory of the needs of high-level administrative staff of organizations / businesses, in order to certify that the holder has all the characteristics that will help him on the one hand to respond effectively to the wide range of administrative and programmatic support responsibilities, on the other hand to differentiate himself from the processing logic and to play a leading role in the modern business environment. In other words, to function as an integral member of the Management of the organization / business.
The CSMA certifies that the candidate is able to:

He knows the basic principles of ethics and business ethics of the profession

Understands how to manage an organization / business department

Knows the methods of organization and effective management of high level / grading administrative issues

Understands the importance of promoting the use of new technologies and telematics applications at work

It knows at an advanced level the principles of public relations, negotiation, communication, archiving, decision making and all kinds of meetings.
